Customer Service Representative

We are seeking friendly and professional Customer Service Associates to join our client's team in Tempe, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
**Pay Rate:** $17-$18.30 per hour (based on experience)
**Work Location:** Tempe, AZ - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 1 day remote)
**Duration:** 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
**Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours per week on a 4 x 10 shift
**Shift Options:** Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday
**Shift Times:** Morning shift (6 am - 4:30 pm) or Evening shift (7:30 am - 6 pm)
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service by taking ownership of candidate contacts, ensuring each interaction is handled with a high degree of urgency and satisfaction
- Interact with candidates via email, chat, phone, or SMS to address escalations and referrals
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall hiring process
- Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer service professional (face-to-face interaction and/or call center experience preferred)
- Proven ability to excel in customer service, learn quickly, solve problems, and collaborate effectively
- Excellent computer skills and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the Internet
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and rotating shifts based on business needs
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, such as call centers, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources, or other related fields
