The Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities
• Greet members, prospective members, and guests and provide exceptional customer service• Handle front desk activities such as answering phones, checking in members, and signing up new members• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club
Requirements
• Customer service background preferred• Basic computer proficiency• Passion for fitness and health• Upbeat and positive attitude• Punctuality and reliability is a must• Exceptional customer service skills• Strong listener with empathy and problem-solving abilities• Diplomatic behavior and language• Must be 16 years of age or older• Physical demands include standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling toxic chemicals
