Responsibilities
• Oversee customer's freight tracing and tracking• Maintain contact with airlines, trucking companies, and agents• Ensure service completion and provide proof of delivery• Manage customer support and handle service requests• Perform various data management tasks• Process pick-up requests and enter data in the system
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Two to three years related experience• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software• Accurate typing and data entry skills• Ability to read, interpret documents, and write routine correspondence• Ability to gather and analyze information
