Job summary
Waterway is hiring Customer Service - Representatives in Richmond Heights and neighboring stores.Provide outstanding service to customers, meeting their needs during a visit.Part of a team that opens a new location and introduces new customers to Waterway.

Responsibilities
• Offer and sell car wash services, memberships, and store items to meet customer needs.• Assist customers at the tunnel entrance/pay terminal, gas pumps, and in the store.• Build relationships, have a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service.• Present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options.• Identify customer needs and present complimentary solutions.• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for customers.• Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and organized.• Complete point-of-sale transactions accurately.• Perform administrative tasks as directed by management.• Meet attendance requirements and work irregular schedules.
Requirements
• 6 months work experience in a retail environment preferred.• Current and valid driver's license.• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance.• Ability to perform essential functions safely.• Ability to comply with health code requirements.• Ability to complete required trainings/certifications.• Fluent in English for communication purposes.• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and fast-paced environment.• Regular and punctual attendance.
