Our client, a high-quality wire, cable, and fiber solutions distributor is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-volume data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $23 – $25/hr
What's the Job? + Manage customer orders timely and accurately
+ Respond to all customer inquiries with urgency and first contact resolution
+ Run back/late order report and collaborate with customers to manage appropriate expectations and proactively resolve problems
+ Administer customer order changes, expedites, tracking, and cancellations
+ Contribute to process efficiency and customer experience continuous improvement efforts
What's Needed? + High School diploma or GED required.
+ Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
+ Ability to conduct problem-solving in day-to-day operations
+ Strong attention to detail in a highly dynamic and changing environment
+ Ability to apply critical thinking and analyze information
