Alphabet is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner- Handle and resolve customer complaints- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Provide information about products and services- Maintain customer records and update databases- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Identify and escalate priority issues- Stay current on company policies and procedures
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service roles- Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Strong critical thinking skills- Ability to adapt to changing situations- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be able to work part-time hours
