Title: Customer Service Representative - FLEXO PACKAGING (Manufacturing) Location: Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey
Salary: $70-$90,000/Year + Benefits (Possible Relocation for the right candidate)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our headquarters in New Jersey. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their project lifecycle. Your role will involve managing inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely delivery of orders while maintaining strong client relationships. *MUST HAVE FLEXO/PACKAGING KNOWLEDGE* Requirements Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on project status, and offering solutions to meet their needs. Order Management: Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, from initial request to final delivery. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed projects to ensure they meet client specifications and company standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, order details, and project updates using our internal systems. Generate reports as needed to track performance metrics and client feedback. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to clients based on their needs and preferences. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and a commitment to exceeding their expectations. What You Need for this Position Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the printing, packaging, or related industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
