Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for child support client stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with our standards and commitments. Your responsibilities include handling incoming calls, categorizing inquiries, documenting interactions, and performing assigned tasks with precision and professionalism.
Requirements/Skills
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in modern office practices and equipment
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on tact and courtesy
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in data entry with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Full-time position with remote work flexibility
Training may require some in-office time (Hermitage, TN)
Work hours: 8:00 am - 4:35 pm CST, Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime)
Compensation: $14.00/hr
$40/month technology assistance/reimbursement
