Customer Service Representative

Sansom Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing in St. Paul seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Pay $20-$23/hour
Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30
Duties:
Answer incoming calls from customers taking orders or answering question Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently by entering orders in the ERP system (AS400) Put samples together for clients and trade shows Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly File orders in customer files Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base Identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and company revenue Communicate effectively with customers through email Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is required Manufacturing experience is preferred
