Your New Role: Inbound Call Handling: Be the first contact in booking the call. Provide stellar service by answering incoming calls with a smile that can be heard through the phone. Help clients navigate their needs and schedule the perfect service to brighten their day. Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out and touch someone's day positively; make proactive calls, share our electric solutions, and lock in appointments that help build our brand and your success story. Client Service: Build lasting relationships that are more than just transactional. Handle concerns with a level of professionalism that turns problems into solutions and clients into advocates. Previous experience in client service or sales with a focus on handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls. Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively manage interactions and build client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer operations. Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach to address inquiries and issues. Resilient and positive attitude, maintaining professionalism under pressure. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative to meet and exceed performance goals. Flexibility to work standard office hours (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM) and additional hours as needed.
