Responsibilities
• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and through virtual chats.• Provide excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.• Manage customer flow, maintain service vows, and address customer concerns.• Promote alteration services and maintain store standards.• Process orders, receive merchandise, and complete sales transactions.• Assist with sales promotions and visual updates.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt communication style to suit customers.• Good phone skills and ability to resolve conflicts.• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.• Basic computer and technology skills.
