Role Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts while also reaching out proactively to our customer base.
Schedule and reschedule service appointments, handle billing inquiries, and resolve any customer issues with tact and professionalism.
Optimize daily routes and schedules for our service technicians to enhance efficiency.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Who We're Looking For:
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
Comfortable with phone-based interaction and proficient with various computer database systems.
A professional demeanor in communication and attire, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A genuine, confident individual who is committed to excellence in service.
Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a significant plus.
A minimum of a High School Diploma, some college coursework preferred.
Availability to work occasional Saturdays each month.
