Responsibilities
• Providing shipping updates, delays, or requesting additional information if needed• Escalating calls when required to resolve issues/concerns• Maintain contact with airlines, trucking companies, and agents handling freight to ensure awareness of any problem• Respond to and handle all daily customer service requests
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years previous call center experience handling inbound calls• Must be able to work any assigned shift between (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)• Must have reliable high-speed internet• Must provide own USB headset with microphone• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of U.S. currency, weight, volume, and distance measurements• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications• Must have accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
