Customer Service Representative PT19 positionWork in the Airport's Security DivisionAssist customers in processing documents for Airport Issued Identification Media
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Assist customers in tasks related to airport credentialing and fingerprinting• Type and generate Identification Media and other documents• Retrieve and analyze data from databases• Operate an electronic fingerprint scanner• Handle cash/check transactions and prepare deposits• Answer multi-line phones• File and organize correspondence and documents• Prioritize tasks and complete assignments• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and walking• Operate a computer to review and analyze data
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or customer relations• Experience in data entry, face-to-face customer service, and Microsoft Office suite skills• Possess and maintain a Florida E Class Driver's License• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge• High School diploma or GED preferred• 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative experience preferred• Data entry experience preferred• Ability to speak, read or write any language in addition to English preferred
