Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for both external and internal fundraising inquiries. This role will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service, processing donations, and supporting fundraising and promotional events.
Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries. Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgment of new/departing donors. Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and send accurate and engaging donor communications. Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day support. Keep up with fundraising efforts and contribute ideas for improvement. Desired Attributes: Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause is essential; experience is desirable but not required. Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy. Energetic, creative, and can-do approach. Good problem-solving skills. Engaging personal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
