We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handle outbound contacts to current customers in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures. Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues. Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff for resolution as needed. Accurately document customer interactions in appropriate systems. Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information. Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements. One year CSR experience with order processing, 10-key by touch, email experience (create, reply), strong Excel skills . Must be able to multitask and have strong communication skills.
SCHEDULED 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Must be able to work overtime.
