Responsibilities
• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio• Escalate issues to higher management if unable to resolve• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound customer sales calls• Respond professionally and accurately to customers• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins• Balance individual batch receipts and resolve discrepancies• Process transactions accurately and adhere to regulations• Complete compliance trainings and other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience• 1+ year(s) of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling experience preferred• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously• Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License• Ability and willingness to embrace core values• Physical demands include cash handling, extended phone usage, long periods of standing, and lifting up to 50lbs
