CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN CORONA, CA Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Corona, CA . As a Customer Service Representative, you will be: · Responsible for answering customer calls and assisting with any scenario presented.
· Responsible for answering customer emails within 24hrs and assisting with any scenario presented.
· The responsibility for dealing with warranty issues should be resolved by supplying the customer with the fewest items necessary to resolve the issue.
· Responsible for answering capture inbound sales when appropriate.
· Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in resolving customer complaints and questions.
· Responsible for answering practice and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
This is a Full-time , contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: · 2+ years' meaningful work experience preferred.
· Ability to identify business critical issues quickly and navigate priorities based on last minute changes.
· Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook.
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
