**The Role:**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our company. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Warmly greeting and identifying our clients
- Gathering all necessary information for billing purposes
- Providing assistance with third-party connections, if needed
- Securing and connecting interpreters to our clients' conferences
Our company provides vital language interpretation services to businesses worldwide, facilitating clear communication across cultures. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
**What We're Looking For:**
- Minimum one year of customer service experience with a stable work history
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with great attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Proof of internet connection speed of at least 60 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Friendly, coachable, and adaptable personality
- Trustworthiness and a strong work ethic
**The Ideal Candidate:**
