As a member of our customer services team, you will be part of a dynamic, and supportive team that has made it our mission to provide innovative solutions that improve patient care. As a customer service representative at Ambu you wil make a difference in the lives of our customers by performing the following:Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Professionally handle incoming requests from customers as the first point of contact and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughlyThoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, fulfill customer needs, and educate internal and external customersProvide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to billing, order placement, shipment tracking, shortages, damaged goods, complaint handling, and returnsInform customer of sales promotions and campaignsStay up to date on Ambu products and information pertaining to products from salesforceEducate customer on the online ordering process and assist with inquiries to complete salesHandles issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company, with good decision making skillsProvide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodologyProvide back up support when needed for Customer Service AdministratorEnsures customer inquiries are handled in a professional and expeditious mannerQualifications and Skills:Minimum of 1-2 years relevant customer service experienceExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsConsistently demonstrate a positive, constructive and cooperative attitude in a professional settingAble to learn and adapt to new information, processes and systemsAbility to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to manage complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast paced environmentBasic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent telephone personality skillsPossess a strong work ethic and team player mentalityEffective oral and written communication skillsOccasional overtime when neededMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds#LI-REMOTE
