Responsibilities
• Provide superior customer service and build relationships• Contact and develop solutions with customers• Accurately maintain customer records• Process loan applications, customer payments, and loan closings• Engage in marketing and solicitation• Support office manager and staff to reach performance goals
Requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience• Ability to work beyond standard weekday hours if necessary• Basic computer proficiency• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
