Job Description:
AbbVie is currently seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and exchanges.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a proactive and efficient manner.4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Conduct research and data analysis to improve customer service processes.7. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong planning and time management abilities.4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
