Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Port of Catoosa Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Compensation: $22+/hour depending on experience Internal Job ID: ******** Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website. Provide pricing and delivery information, follow up on quotes. Process customer orders and update forecasts. Maintain customer logs and activity reports. Set up new customer accounts. Ensure export compliance and apply for necessary licenses. Work closely with the sales team on account progress. Perform other administrative duties as needed. Requirements: 3+ years of customer service experience. High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Mail.
