LaSalle Network has partnered with one of the nation's largest insurance brokers and are seeking a  Customer Service Representative.  Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Generate Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and process policy endorsements Manage 5-year Loss runs and monitor policy renewals Abate claims, print policies and compile binders for producers Handle daily customer requests for certificates and policy changes Run Epic reports and assist in audits Customer Service Representative Requirements: Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate client interactions Familiarity with EPIC, CSR24 and Indio workflows Organizational skills, multitasking ability and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF 2+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred
