Responsibilities
• Be the point of contact for dedicated products, partners, or services• Understand partner and device-end-user frictions• Share the Voice of Customer• Lead cross-team projects to improve customer experience• Analyze key indicators and propose solutions to reduce contact rate• Handle internal queues and improve knowledge base• Improve reports on Withings products• Lead service performance and processes
Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of Customer Support Experience• Ability to problem solve with critical thinking• Ability to optimize processes and bring best practices• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility• Passionate about providing a good customer support experience• Attention to detail and drive for excellence• Ability to adhere to deadlines and communication SLAs
