Customer Service Representative Department: Parking & Transportation - 430100 Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position is a high volume, high visibility role, providing a multitude of services for customers. In addition to assisting customers in person, employee also handles a high volume of telephone calls, and communicates frequently via the base radio with the department's traffic officers in the field.This position will write parking tickets through the e ticket portal in the AIMS parking software Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
Knowledge of parking systems and software, parking rules and regulations, customer services, answer parking questions to a high volume of phone calls, understanding of allocations of deposits to student account, communication via base radio with officers in the field providing necessary information to make towing, citation and permit decisions. Preferred Qualifications Work Schedule/Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am until 4:00pm However, this position, when necessary may be required to work during certain times of peak demand in order to meet the obligations of the department.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $31,200 - $35,743
