Seeking qualified candidates for our open Customer Service Representative position in our Aurora, CO (near Centennial) distribution facility. Job Details: Non-Exempt Reports To: Branch Manager Position Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Anticipated closing date for the application window: January 31, 2024 Responsibilities: Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns. Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry. Interact positively with other Mygrant Glass employees. Assist with inventory - interacting with operation warehouse inventory control. Interact with customers via telephone and in-person providing information and assistance. Show the highest level of customer service. Support customer success by being friendly, hardworking, and a problem solver. Qualifications: Friendly voice with superior telephone and people skills. Able to communicate clearly. Must be organized and able to multi-task. General knowledge of Microsoft products. Excellent at resolving customer conflict. Willing to learn and follow directives. Exhibit patience and attentiveness.
