• Engage directly with potential customers and donors across various event locations.• Uphold top-notch customer service standards throughout the event cycle.• Conduct informative presentations to amplify awareness and support for our non-profit partners' missions within the community.• Assist in event setup, compliance, and inventory management under the event management team.• Drive donations for local charities by effectively communicating core messages to community members.• Accurately manage donations while providing comprehensive answers to donor inquiries.
Requirements
• Pursuing or possessing a degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related fields.• Passionate about philanthropy, charitable causes, and community involvement with excellent people skills.• Exceptional interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and empathy.• Positive, competitive, and receptive to coaching, with strong communication abilities.• Confident, articulate, and genuine with excellent public speaking skills.• Demonstrated work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.• Preference given to candidates available for an immediate start.
