Responsibilities
• Manage appointment calendars• Compose and prepare correspondence• Answer calls and record information• Follow up on incoming issues and concerns• Perform clerical functions such as reports, memos, letters, spreadsheet, and other documents
Requirements
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented• Very strong interpersonal skills• A self-starter, motivated to contribute to the group• High level of written and verbal communication skills• Proactive approach, problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities• Highly resourceful team-player• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion• High level of customer service and response• Proficient in Google tools, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
