Work closely with team members, product management, manufacturing personnel and sales to meet customer needs and grow customer relationships. Collaborate with all Bradley team members with a high degree of professionalism.
**This role is located at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Hybrid work options available once trained. Here's how you'll contribute :
Promote customer service excellence and positivity throughout the organizations and continuously evaluate, identify, and lead process improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Monitor orders and work closely with production teams to meet customer needs. Primary liaison and communication hub between manufacturing, customers, and sales agents. Manage order activities such as partial shipment, expedite, return requests, and short shipment or damage claims. Dispute resolution through research and customer contact up to collections. Process after sale credit memos and invoices, as necessary. Provide product application assistance to callers through use of Bradley's website, databases and learned Assist with cross reference of competitive part numbers while promoting the Bradley brand. Support price inquiries with formal quotation document (typically configured product). Maintain and grow relationship and sales for assigned territory and house accounts. Other related duties and projects as requested Essential duties and responsibilities. Here's why we want you :
High school diploma or equivalent experience. 1-3 years' experience working in a fast paced customer service environment. Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing or commercial plumbing environment preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Epicor ERP desired. Polished phone etiquette.
