The Customer Service Representative will be an important member of our skilled community outreach and customer service team. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will be to provide direct customer service and representation for our non-profit partners, as well as to provide on-the-ground support for our local fundraising events.
Duties of a Customer Service Representative:
Help the customer service team with community outreach and support efforts by participating in hands-on fundraising. We offer our non-profit clients fundraising and representation services. Encourage new donors and community involvement Participate in daily team meetings where goals are discussed and contribute any additional thoughts or ideas to help these goals be achieved. Analyze the success of each campaign and make recommendations to our clients for potential improvements. Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative:
Excellent communication skills  Capability to take on leadership responsibilities with little supervision Organizational skills, work planning, and foresight are required.
