DATTCO currently has a full-time Customer Service Representative opening in our Coach & Tour Group located in New Britain, CT. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides friendly and highly responsive service to customers from initial inquiry through trip completion and beyond. Our aim is to encourage repeat business by building relationships with our customers and providing the highest level of service in the industry.
Compensation of $23-26/hour.

Respond to booking requests received via phone, email, web quotations, social media and other channels.Prepare quotations for potential customers and follow up as needed to book business.Create work tickets/itineraries.Maintain contact with customer to ensure accurate booking details.Prepare & distribute invoices to customers.Maintain accurate records in DATTCO charter booking software.Manage accounts receivable.Requirements:
High school degree or equivalentCustomer service experiencePlanning and organizational skillsDetail oriented and customer focusedStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Ability to become proficient with our software used for quoting, selling and dispatching charter tripsTeam playerQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status and all other protected classes.
