EcoLube Recovery is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Puyallup, WA! This person is the critical link between businesses in need of environmental services and ELR route drivers to ensure current and prospective customers receive a superior service experience. This role directs and coordinates customer service activities and provides administrative support for branch locations within Washington. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming telephone calls to office in a professional and efficient manner. Respond to service requests by obtaining all pertinent information from the customer. Ensure detailed customer-specific information and requests are clearly documented. Ensure prompt communication with customers on schedule changes, delays, or updates. Resolve customer complaints and answer client questions with assistance from Branch Manager or Account Manager, if needed. Utilize dispatch and routing software for input of service requests and management of pre-scheduled service intervals. Communicate promptly with field service personnel to give or obtain needed information. Monitor status of service requests and driver routes to ensure customers are provided timely service. Keep track of location of drivers throughout the day. Qualify prospective customers for ELR services/products, including providing pricing Coordinate with customers and ELR Accounting staff for proper new account set-up Use Smart Service and Quickbooks for setting up customer locations and service line items, closing out work orders, billing and reporting. Support ELR sales staff with onboarding of new accounts Process all customer service paperwork daily per company protocols and standards.  Coordinate and oversee renewal of ELR customer waste profiles Process all intercompany paperwork related to incoming and outgoing shipments Provide back-up customer service support to CSRs at other locations. Coordinates and executes various general office administrative tasks in an organized and proactive fashion. Provide administrative support to Branch Manager and Account Manager(s). Send written or digital business correspondence to existing and potential clients, when needed.  Interact with and support ELR Accounting team as it relates to Customer Service activities and responsibilities Provide input and recommendations on hiring and performance evaluations of field service staff. Other duties as assigned What do you need? · High School Diploma or equivalent required
· 2+ years customer service or dispatch experience required
· Able to communicate well verbally and in writing in English
· Strong customer service skills
· Basic math skills
· Proficient with computers: typing, 10-key, Microsoft Office suite
· Experience in Smart Service and/or Quickbooks desirable
· Strong problem-solving skills
·Attention to detail
·Ability to multi-task effectively

Utilizing a specialized re-refining process, used oil is converted into certified products such as marine fuel and Group 2 base oil.
