Job Role:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting customers with scheduling service and maintenance for their homes or businesses. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining our customer database, making outbound calls, and coordinating technician routes based on location. Plus, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive team environment within our dispatch team.
Schedule:
Wednesday: Enjoy the camaraderie of working in our Chantilly office from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Embrace the flexibility of remote work from the comfort of your home from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Proficient typing skills of approximately 70 words per minute.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia is a plus.
Experience with customer databases (Service Titan) is a bonus.
