Customer Service
Greet and assist walk-in customers and truckers Build relationships with existing customer base Respond to customer inquiries E-mail bid request to current clients and perform follow-up calls
Requirement Include: Must have at least 5 years experience in fast paced office environment (No exceptions) Must be detail oriented. Previous work experience in a commercial setting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook). Excellent Customer Service skills. Strong verbal & written communication.
