The Customer Service Representative is a temporary opportunity with a fully remote schedule (MUST sit in TN)!
Responsibilities: Answering 75+ incoming calls Answering basic patient questions Taking and setting up payments Sending out consent forms Updating demographics Taking insurance information Triaging incoming calls Administrative projects when needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 1-2 yrs call center experience or previous customer support role. 1-2 yrs of experience with billing /collections in a healthcare setting preferred Strong verbal telephone communication skills and patient experience attitude. Minimum of 1-year experience managing high-volume phone calls, preferably in a healthcare setting Minimum of 6 months working remotely highly desired Accurate and efficient data entry; able to learn new software quickly Job Title: Customer Service Representative
