Description
The mission of Chartswap (an Ontellus company) is to revolutionize the way personal health information (PHI) is transmitted, improving efficiency and reducing costs on both sides of the record exchange process.
JOB SUMMARY
This role serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems; document technical issues; and proactively engage customers to ensure satisfaction and utilization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; provide education and guidance regarding best practices, and other products and services.
Uses predefined resources and procedures to verify new customer information.
Assists customers with utilization of application and related technologies.
Update customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Possess a strong understanding of Customer Support processes and functions. Ability to address issues with difficult customers in demanding situations.
Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
The ability to learn and train others on a technical application.
