L ooking for a self-motivated team player. This individual must be organized, customer focused, flexible, professional with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Learn JD Edwards and status codes
Enter Orders using the correct billing and shipping accounts
Assist customers with expediting of orders, product pricing and availability and order status updates
Resolve issue related to shortages/overages of shipments
Process RMA (return material authorization)
Provide quality customer service by following up and initiating correspondence verbally and via email
Learn customer specific requirements for the territory(ies) assigned to employee
Performs other duties or projects as assigned by management Education:
High school diploma or GED Experience/Qualifications:
Customer Service experience in the business setting (retail environment preferred)
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Detail and team-oriented individual with a commitment to providing first class customer service
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with management, customers, outside sales agencies, sales representatives, and colleagues.
Ability to follow instructions both verbal and written
Must be able to work variable hours according to the department requirements
Working Knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft Outlook
Conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, timeliness in all actions with all team members and customers
Prior experience with JDE preferable
Must be able to work alone or in a team setting
Must be able to problem solve and make decisions aligned with the objectives
Must be able to identify ongoing issues and/or present possible solutions in compliance with ethics and processes.
