• Operate all equipment• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler• Prepare product• Receive and process telephone orders• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork• Clean equipment and facility daily
Requirements
• Requires eye-hand coordination• Frequent use of hands• Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough• Manipulating a pizza peel and using a rolling cutter• Frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes• Grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
