Harris County Government Job: Openwork is currently assisting the Harris County Tax Office in their search to fill Customer Service Rep - Cashier (Full Time- Temp to Hire) positions. Worksites are located throughout Harris County. As a Customer Service Rep- Cashier you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and timely front-line customer service to the public to transfer automobile titles and issue vehicle registration stickers and replacement plates.
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Rep - Cashier job include: You will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and timely customer service to commercial clients. Handle and balance automobile transactions for commercial clients. Submit daily close-out and balancing reports. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Other duties as required. Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months of employment experience that included cash handling and working directly with clients or customers. Excellent communication skills and submit to on-site skills testing. Must be able to type 30 WPM or higher. Data Entry 5KPH. High school diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent. The Perks: Temp to Hire. $15.00 per hour. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are offered. TEMP TO HIRE EMPLOYMENT with the Harris County Tax Office.
