Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and assist carryout customers• Provide polite and courteous service while being helpful and knowledgeable of the menu• Demonstrate customer WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, give them something extra• Count peperoni and ham on every order• Ensure pizzas are not cleared before they are ready for the oven• Have $1 in coin change on every delivery• Say 'Let me get your change' on every order• Carry a maximum of $20 while on the clock• Not have any weapons while working• Ensure driver vehicles are neat and clean• Not be routed or checked in early from deliveries• Wash hands before making products• Follow proper procedures for making products• Complete the Safe Delivery CBT• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address
Requirements
• Polite and courteous communication skills• Knowledge of the menu• Ability to follow customer WOW steps• Attention to detail in counting toppings• Basic math skills for ensuring correct change• Clean driving record• Ability to maintain a neat and clean vehicle• Time management skills for on-time deliveries• Basic hygiene and cleanliness practices• Ability to follow proper procedures for making products• Completion of Safe Delivery CBT
