Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting both prospective borrowers and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries about our loan products, assessing vehicles, managing customer accounts and payments, and maintaining regular communication with clients. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional service through courtesy calls and uphold our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
