Customer Service Rep Evening

Customer Service Representative Full Time positions available to answer basic order calls and customer inquiries. No knowledge of coins required, we will pay to train you!

As a key member of our Customer Experience Team helping customers enjoy the hobby of coin collecting, your primary responsibilities are as follows:

Responding in a friendly, courteous manner to answer customer phone calls in a fast paced sequence
Accurately entering orders and resolving customer basic questions
Earn additional incentives through our phone feature program
Qualified applicants will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or GED
Solid telephone customer service ability; prior experience a plus
Patience and exceptional listening skills
Ability to enter 35 words per minute while talking to the customer
Confidence in multi-tasking
Dependability and reliability
Attentiveness for detail and a desire for accuracy
Ability and availability to work overtime.
