What We're Seeking:
We're in search of a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this pivotal role within our Customer Success Team, you'll be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process of vendors onto our cybersecurity system for our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary contact for vendors, facilitating negotiations and ensuring optimal agreements for our services.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as an additional point of contact for clients, working closely with our customer success team to maintain strong relationships.
Onboarding Coordination: Lead the onboarding process for vendors, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders for a seamless transition.
Difficult Conversations: Address challenging situations with vendors and clients professionally, striving for mutually beneficial resolutions.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues during onboarding, minimizing risks and ensuring a smooth process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within cybersecurity or banking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Problem-solving mindset, capable of analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Team player with a proactive approach to work and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
