Customer Service Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

Mondelez International is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Officer to work from home in Seattle, Washington. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Process customer orders and provide accurate information on products and services- Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues- Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management- Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer service goals

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable and motivated work ethic- Leadership and cooperation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
