Customer Service Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

HCA Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Columbus, Ohio, US. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Providing information about products and services to customers- Processing orders and managing customer accounts- Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Making informed decisions to address customer needs and concerns- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Adaptable and resourceful personality traits- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus
