Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

PPL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from New York City, New York. As an Associate level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.2. Provide accurate information about products and services.3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.5. Maintain customer records by updating account information.6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives.8. Stay up-to-date on company products and services.

Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Resilient and energetic personality traits.4. Attention to detail and strong people management skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
