Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Nextdoor is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in New York City. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and clients- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and resilient attitude- Strong adaptability and leadership skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
