Job Description:
Amazon.com is seeking a confident and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.2. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.3. Provide information about products and services, as well as assistance with placing orders.4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5.
