Job Description:
Entergy is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Chicago, Illinois. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:1. Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers.2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.3. Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance.4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setting.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.5. Innovative thinking and a persuasive communication style.6. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.7. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
